Operational Strategy & Technical Solutions for Small Business

About Me

I’m a mechanical engineer, operations manager, and technical strategist — but what I really do is help small businesses stop leaving money and opportunity on the table.

My time at UNLV was defined by hands-on work. I was a core member of the Baja SAE program, designing and competing with an off-road vehicle built from the ground up. I helped run a high-altitude ballooning
project timed to the 2017 solar eclipse, coordinating payload launches to capture data during totality. I also conducted materials research using a two-stage light gas gun, studying shockwave propagation in additively manufactured titanium — work that was published in Dynamic Behavior of Materials, Volume 1, as part of the proceedings of the 2016 Annual Conference on Experimental and Applied Mechanics.

I’ve spent years in operations management, working directly in the business to identify inefficiencies, fix broken workflows, and build the tools and systems that support sustainable day-to-day operations. I specialize in the space where process design and technology meet: figuring out what’s costing you time and money, building solutions that fit, and making sure they stick.

Outside of work, I’m deeply rooted in San Diego — it’s where I grew up, and giving back here matters to me.

I was recently appointed to the Board of Directors of the San Diego Velodrome, a landmark of the city’s cycling community. Track cycling has been a passion of mine, and being in a position to help sustain and grow that community for the next generation is something I don’t take lightly.

In 2025, I raised over $5,000 for HIV/AIDS services and education as a proud participant in AIDS/LifeCycle — the annual charity ride from San Francisco to Los Angeles, in what became the program’s final year.

I’ve built my career around solving problems that don’t fit neatly into a job description. If that sounds like what your business needs, let’s talk.
